The investigations involve knowing what questions to ask, knowing who to ask, knowing what to ask for, and knowing how to go about asking for what is needed to understand the issues and controversies. CSA, Inc. has the intuition and the experience of having been involved in similar investigations that enables it to focus on the relevant materials and information that can lead to a clear understanding of the issues and controversies, and subsequently, to the appropriate strategies and recommendation to address the situations.
Investigation
Investigation is the process of inquiring into a matter through research, follow-up, study, or formal procedure of discovery. Most all issues and controversies require some level of investigation in order to gain appropriate direction as to how to address the issues or controversies facing clients. Many of these investigations are simply a review of the relevant materials that are available. However, most often, the materials that are at the foundation of the issues or controversies are not readily available and require the appropriate inquiries based on the past experiences of similar issues and controversies.
