Representation is is about setting forth the client’s position in the most effective manner with the ability to “dance” in the moment while the dialogue is taking place. It is about using the most effective communication tools, understanding of the issues and the controversies, and the skills of inter-personal and institutional relationships to represent the client’s interest with regards to the issues and the controversies. CSA, Inc. has been skilled to represent its clients in a proactive and constructive manner so as to communicate the direction of the client and to gain “buy-in” into the client’s position. Representation allows for a unified and consistent presentation of the clients position to enable the client to offer a level of continuity in terms of the implementation of any strategic plan or policy direction.
Representation
Most all of the issues and controversies facing the clients of CSA, Inc. require some form of representation at meetings, workshops, public hearings and other informal and formal gatherings where the issues and controversies are being debated or discussed. Representation involves acting on behalf of the client to represent the interests of the client based on the client’s direction, position, and strategy.
