CSA Team
Mr. Marshall Krupp is the founder and true inspiration behind the success of CSA. Unlike many consultation firms who refer the day-to-day consultation and services required by its clients to subordinates and associates within the firm, CSA has maintained a policy since its inception that Mr. Krupp is directly responsible and is the key representative in all services offered by CSA and in all meetings that are required of CSA. The employees of CSA, Inc. remain the support staff in the background to insure that Mr. Krupp can offer his full professional and technical commitment to his clients.
Together, Mr. Krupp, his support staff, and his collaborative associates provide a personnel base that brings to our clients a wealth of talent, skills, creativity, and professionalism from CSA's core values of accountability, congruency, integrity, authenticity and leadership. Unique to CSA is the personal approach and relationship which is afforded each client to insure that the services offered best serves the needs and expectations of it's clients.
The Collaborative Process
Mr. Krupp maintains a philosophy that is based on a "collaborate process" of consultation. What this means is that he is a resource to his clients which allows his clients to effectively and efficiently make decisions and give direction as to how to proceed in the best possible way in order to serve the client's needs. Mr. Krupp's direct, honest and forthright way of collaborating with his clients, enables his clients to take a proactive approach to attaint their goals an in decision-making.
Collaborative Associates
As part of this collaborate approach, Mr. Krupp regularly recommends to his clients that the team be expanded to include some of the most professional and technical support affiliations involving legal, architectural, engineering, physical planning, environmental, and public relations and marketing expertise. Many of these expanded team of professionals have worked in associating with CSA for more than 20 years offering complementary services and working philosophies similar to CSA.
Collective Years of Experience
The expertise of CSA is derived from the collective years of education and experience as professional and technical consultants in land use, community planning, and development law; residential, commercial, office, and industrial development entitlement processing; school facility planning, processing, financing and implementation; negotiations and strategic decision-making; political lobbying; and public presentations and client representation. The associates of CSA have tens of thousands of hours of education, training, and experiences, and are well read in their respective areas of expertise.
